Once payment is made, message us a copy of the deposit slip via instagram direct message (@verano.ph) or email verano.apparel@gmail.com and we’ll have your orders shipped.

ORDER TRACKING

Expect to receive your orders within 1-3 business days after confirming receipt of your payment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

VERANO guarantees quality. All items are inspected carefully prior to shipping. We have a 2 days policy: any unwanted items must be shipped within 2 days of receipt only on the following occasions

  • You want to change the size of the purchased item
  • If item is defective (overlooked prior to shipping), it can be returned and exchanged for an alternative style with the same price
  • Sale items are non-exchangeable

In these cases, items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and packaging included.
